You are in Scene 1 timeline. Steps 1-6 are done in Scene 1 timeline======
1. Create a new movie with dimension 300x100
2. Insert text "Welcome to swish-db.com"
3. Under Transform Panel (on the right), select "Center left". X=5, Y=50
4. Place a "Place" at frame 0
5. Insert "Move" action in frame 1. Under Move Settings, change duration to "50".
Click on "Preview Frame", under Transform panel, select "Center Right". X=295, Y=50
6. Highlight the text under Layout Panel, Right Click >> Grouping >> Group as sprite.

| How to Draw Rectangle with Round Corners?
It is assumed that you know how to draw normal rectangle in swish.
Usually you use single click-release to draw rectangle, but when
you need to draw rectangle with round corners, you will have to click
twice. Now follow the steps.
a) Select Rectangle from tools
Left Click (once) where to Start the Rectangle and release mouse
without Moving or dragging.
c) Now Mouse is free but a rectangle is automatically resized when
you move it. Bring the Mouse cursor to the end corner for your
rectangle and press Left Mouse button. Don't release it immedietly.
Drag the Mouse cursor inside the rectangle and then Release it.
Before last release you will see the rectangle corners

(major way to reduce size is reduce image size not quality)
using huge effects (such as blur)
c) using buttons instead of sprites
d) creating instances of sprites when using it multiple times
e) frame per second for smoothness
f) using buttons' instances
g) using LoadMovie instead of embeding external movies

| A 'motion blur'
This is a very effective effect, easily created...
Note: This effect works best with vector images, even better with text.
1. Create the effect for the text/image yo are goin to use.
2. Copy and Paste the object 3 times.
3. Do the same for the effect (If hasn't copied already).
4. Now arrange each effect in the timeline so there is 1 frame space between each effect.
5. Now you need to make the copied objects semi-transparent...
