Apdzv5 Wires

Home  » Photoshop » Basics

David wanted this tut back so don't blame me if it sucks There's nothing special about the tut... It's just what I did for the v5 wires, lol Quite a few people have wanted to know how the wires in the Apdzv5 interface were done so I'm going to explain how in this simple tutorial. Making the wires is just a case of drawing a line and applying a few layer styles to it. To draw the line I use the pen tool. I guess if you wanted, you could draw a straight line and then shear it like in a few tutorials I've seen but using the pen tools gives you more control over how you want the wire to look. So get your pen tool (shortcut is P). Check the top of photoshop and make sure your prn tool settings are as shown -
