There are a large number of different audio filters available in Premiere, from bandpass and notch filters, to reverbs and delays, to flangers and other weird things.

You can apply as many filters as you wish to a single clip, simply by selecting them from the left hand menu. Filters applied to a clip are listed in the right hand side of the window , and can then be removed from the clip by selecting them and clicking on the remove button.
