Start a Standard EXE Project.
1) Press Ctrl + T . Select Windows Common control .6
2 ) Put a Status Bar On Your Project
3 ) Now Add Two Timers . The first timer set the interveal to 100 and the other to 50000 'or any number on how long you would want it to take to change to Idle
