Creating Your Own Text Scroller</H1>
<br> Tutorial Description - 1st Step: Creating The Sprites
a)Create a rectangle in the size you want your scroll box to be. – Important! – The text box MUST have a color fill to it. Any color will do. – Now create 2 shapes to be used as scroll buttons.
Right click the rectangle and choose ‘group’ from the menu. Then choose ‘group as sprite’ from the sub menu. Name the sprite ‘text_scroll’ and check the box named ‘masked’ in the sprite properties. Now go back to main scene and group both of your scroll shapes as sprites naming them ‘up_scroll’ and ‘down_scroll’ (Do not make these masked) – add an invisible rectangle to cover the scroll button shapes.<br>
